Emergence

It’s time to emerge.  Not that you’re casting aside or throwing away your old self; it’s that there’s a new or forgotten part of yourself that you’ve nurtured (knowingly or unknowingly) and suddenly – look.

img_20161215_151900813_hdrThere it is.  Something different from within.  Maybe you’re changed but you’re still you.  You still have the same roots – it’s just another shoot of you coming up ready to unfurl its leaves.

So don’t hold your breath.  Don’t clench whatever part you typically clench.  Let’s see how long it takes to unwind.

We learn from all around us. Pay attention to all things small and large.  What do you notice in your world that’s telling of yourself?
